Booking information
- For a stay of less than 3 nights, we allow us to charge a surcharge.
- Plus local taxes of € 3,20 per person and per night from 14 years.
- Single room supplement € 20,00 (from summer 2026 25€).
- The rooms are available from 3 pm on your arrival day. (The Panorama Lodges from 4 pm)
- In case of arrival after 7 pm we ask for a telephone notification.
- On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 am.
- No refunds for unconsumed meals.
- We accept EC-cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and cash payments up to 1.999,99 €
- In case of cancellation of your holiday the following cancellation fees apply:
- until 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be withheld as processing fee
- 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
- from 2 days before arrival and early departure 100% cancellation fee - We recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance. To keep your holidays relaxed.
- Reservations are valid after our written confirmation and your deposit.

- 3 – including 5 years 30%
- 6 – including 10 years 50%
- 11 – including 13 years 80%
Children's discounts apply only if they sleep in the parents' room.
