What if something comes up?

Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday
has to be cancelled or terminated.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers‘ code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

until 30 days before arrival:
The deposit will be withheld as processing fee
30 to 3 days before arrival:
70% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
from 2 days before arrival and early departure,
100% cancellation fee

To avoid unnecessary fees and anger, we recommend taking out
the HGV Cancellation Insurance.
