Alternatively there is also an à la carte menu with delicious dishes.

Recipe tip from Chef Daniel:

Caramelised Black Bears Omelette

Ingredients for 4 persons

80g flour
1/3 pkg of baking powder
½ pkg of vanilla sugar
150 ml of milk
3 egg yolks
20 g of butter
3 egg whites
20 g of sugar
10 g sugar to caramelize
20 g of blueberries

Caramelised Black Bears Omelette
  • Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar
    with the egg wisk and then stir in the milk
  • Add egg yolks and butter
  • Whip the egg whites with the sugar,
    and then lift them under the mixture
  • Lightly heat the pan and melt some butter.
    Let the dough run in sprinkle blackberries
    and bake the mixture on both sides
  • Cut into small pieces, sprinkle the
    sugar and put the omelette on the fire 2 minutes to caramelize
  • Serve the warm omelette with mint and
    fresh berries and sprinkle the dust sugar

Tip: You can also instead of blackberries,
use raspberries, strawberries or apple pieces.
