Booking information

• For a stay of less than 3 nights, we allow us to charge a surcharge.
• Plus local taxes of € 2,10 per person and per night from 14 years.
• Single room supplement € 20,00.
• The rooms are available from 3 pm on your arrival day. (The Panorama Lodges from 4 pm)
• In case of arrival after 7 pm we ask for a telephone notification.
• On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 am.
• No refunds for unconsumed meals.
• We accept EC-cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and cash payments up to 1.999,99 €
• In case of cancellation of your holiday the following cancellation fees apply:
  - until 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be withheld as processing fee
  - 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
  - from 2 days before arrival and early departure 100% cancellation fee
• We recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance. To keep your holidays relaxed.
• Reservations are valid after our written confirmation and your deposit.
